REFUND POLICY

At Tribe Nine Studios, every product is made with intention and care. Because our drops are limited edition and produced to order, we have a strict but fair policy.

All sales are final.

Due to the limited and pre-order nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please ensure you select the correct colourway before completing your purchase.

Damaged or defective items.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tribeninestudios.co with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work to make it right.

Wrong item received.

If you receive the wrong colourway or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tribeninestudios.co and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All sales are final at the point of purchase.
