Returns & Refund Policy

At Tribe Nine Studios, every piece is created with care and attention. Because many of our products are made-to-order or customised, returns are handled with the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Made-to-order or customised items: Non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Ready-to-ship items: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer rights.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Tribe Nine Studios reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the product is faulty or incorrect. For sizing or style changes, please place a new order.

5. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at hello@tribeninestudios.co within the required timeframe.

  • Include your order number and reason for the return.

  • We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

6. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
