At Tribe Nine Studios, every piece is created with care and attention. Because many of our products are made-to-order or customised, returns are handled with the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Made-to-order or customised items: Non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Ready-to-ship items: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer rights.
2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Tribe Nine Studios reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if the product is faulty or incorrect. For sizing or style changes, please place a new order.
