• Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

• Made-to-order items are produced especially for you. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times

• Once your order has been processed, delivery timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

• Local (Jamaica): 2–5 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
