SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Dispatch

The Kingston Tote — Drop 01 is a pre-order product. Orders placed during the order window are processed once the window closes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 business days of the order close date.

Current expected dispatch window: August 17-29, 2026.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking details once your bag is dispatched.

Fulfillment Hubs

We fulfill from three locations to get your bag to you as efficiently as possible.

Jamaica & Caribbean - fulfilled locally from Kingston, Jamaica by our team on the ground.

United Kingdom - fulfilled from London, UK via Royal Mail for domestic orders.

Worldwide - fulfilled from London, UK via DHL Express for all international orders outside the Caribbean.

 

Shipping Times (estimated from dispatch)

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

United States: 5-7 business days

Jamaica & Caribbean: 3-5 business days

Europe: 4-7 business days

Rest of World: 7-14 business days

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
